Reference Services for Audiovisual Materials

Please contact Vann Evans, Audiovisual Materials Archivist, prior to visiting or scheduling an appointment during the pandemic. Researchers will not be permitted in the building without an appointment. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Your experience with the Audiovisual Materials Unit will be greatly enhanced if the staff has adequate time to fully address your research needs.

Due to the pandemic, access to some audiovisual materials may be limited or delayed. Archivists may also be unavailable to assist researchers onsite. Often our staff is able to assist researchers by e-mail and telephone, and an in-person visit may not be required. We can provide copies of most of the photographs, videos, and digital media in our collections for reasonable fees.
