Digital Collections North Carolina Digital Collections (NCDC) The NCDC contain over 109,000 historic & recent photographs, state government publications, manuscripts, and North Carolina content from the State Archives and the State Library of North Carolina. Internet Archive A small selection of the State Archives of North Carolina's digital materials are available on the Internet Archive, including audio recordings for the Speaker Ban Study Commission Hearings (1965) and North Carolina Senate. Flickr A selection of photographs and other materials are presented through Flickr sites for the State Archives of North Carolina. North Carolina Maps North Carolina Maps is a comprehensive, online collection of historic maps of the Tar Heel State, featuring maps from three of the state's largest map collections: the State Archives of North Carolina, the North Carolina Collection at UNC-Chapel Hill, and the Outer Banks History Center. YouTube The State Archives of North Carolina's YouTube Channel includes tutorials on searching the online catalog, the basics of records management, and other topics, as well as archival video materials from the Audio Visual Materials collection. The archives contain state government agency, licensing board, and commission web sites and social media pages, and includes images and audio and video files; agency policies and publications posted on sites; and board and commission meeting minutes. State Government Social Media The Social Media Archive provides access to social media records from selected social media accounts from North Carolina state agencies dating back to 2012, including content not found in the Web Site Archive, such as private messaging.
