Training

Records Management Analysts are available to provide records management training and consultation to state government agencies, local government agencies, and state-supported institutions of higher education in North Carolina. These services can take the form of telephone or e-mail inquiries, best practices and guidance documents, records room reviews, online tutorials, webinars, and workshops. General inquiries may be directed to the State Records Center at 919-814-6900 or sent to records@ncdcr.gov.
