This workshop provides an overview of essential records, including access and related polices, as well as the steps you can take before a disaster to mitigate some of the potential damage. This workshop is four hours total, offered as two-hour sessions over two days. The second session will be held on August 28, 2025 at 10 a.m.
Outer Banks History Center Reopening

Western Regional Archives Update
WRA is open on a normal schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 2 PM.
Onsite Visitor Update for State Archives in Raleigh
The HVAC for the Library and Archives Building is being worked on. Until that work is completed, the temperature in the Search Room may be warmer than normal.
