Collection Overview

The cards were mailed to Marcus Tuttle between 1906 and 1910 during which time he resided at Fayetteville, Rocky Mount, and Durham. The postcards were mailed by friends
from various town and tourist attractions across the state; and a few contain views from other states and foreign countries. Most of the cards are town views, but there are also a good number of greeting cards.
</scopecontent>
